The Deal:
4 session course suitable for any rider, totally new or with experience. Use this as the foundation of your motorbike training in order to be able to pass the Module 1 test. After that you can purchase the final Module 2 test and any additional training if you need it. We take care of all the paperwork and details.

CBT (Session 1): This is a full day of CBT work on a 125cc. You will go though all the accredited DSA training that is required for the CBT syllabus. We will complete all of the classroom and off road elements using our large off road training pads. Road ride is conducted on the next session.
Session 2: This is where you will venture out onto the roads accompanied by your DSA qualified Camrider instructor, again on a 125cc bike. There is a radio link between you as we gently guide you along. Starting with quiet back roads and areas of limited traffic, then slowly building up your training in a way appropriate for you. This session is approximately 4 hours long and allows you to gain your full DL196 (CBT) pass certificate. We double the length of the required road ride. It allows greater skills to be learnt in a manner that can be better remembered. We will also be spending time on practice for the Module 1 test. If you demonstrate suitable competency then we may be able to move you up onto the larger 600cc bikes (The Instructor's safety decision is final)
Session 3: This is where we do a lot more work with the 600cc Direct Access Bikes in a 4 hour practical session. The bikes are larger and more powerful but by now you will have gained sufficient skills to get onboard. Our instructors always have your safety and your best interests at heart so you will have everything carefully explained and each step is closely checked in a safe manner. We start the session off-road to ensure you are feeling happy and confident. We then take you out on-road to build more on the skills you have already learnt. It is a great feeling getting to master a 600cc motorbike. From here we can really start honing your skills to pass Module 1. We will mock up the exercises so you know exactly what to expect. Your instructor will go over them until you feel happy.
Session 4: Now you are ready to pass your Module 1 test! You will have a full session - First getting you ready for the ride to the test center and a chance to go over any last minute questions and to have an opportunity to practice anything you need once again. Your instructor will take you to the test center, introduce you to the examiner, make sure you understand exactly what is needed and see that you are confident in what you are doing. Your instructor will then watch and wait as you go through the exercises so you know you have a friend nearby. After passing you can carry on with some more on road training before heading back to base to celebrate and have a well earned cup of tea!
* Please note we are a road safety center - you will be guided and trained to the best standards in the UK. However if it is not safe to progress to on road 125cc or 600cc bikes then we will use your allocated sessions to get you as far as we can. If you need extra sessions to get up to Module 1 standard then these can be bought separately as per our price list. We can not let anyone attempt Module 1 test or Module 1 practice if they have not shown suitable competence to be safe.
The Price:
You pay just £349 per person (sorry we can't do a 2 person discount offer). Only valid to courses starting by 20th November 2011 and completing within 8 weeks.
If you want to optionally upgrade your insurance to include Collision Damage Waiver then this is just £12 per session and means you would not be liable for any policy excess should the bike for any reason be damaged whilst under your control.
Limitations:
This is a discounted entry course to attract new riders to take their test. We can not allocate the module 2 test to the course nor book follow on sessions until it is complete. We use this as a Module 1 foundation course to biking and then build on it when you pass and then you and your instructor can see how well you have done.

Are there any extras I may need/want?
- The cost of the Module 1 test is £15.50. We reserve tests in advance and allocate appropriately to you when you book. It is not included in the overall course fee.
- Final practical test (Module 2) fees can be booked after the course has run
- Additional training after the course as needed
- Collision damage waiver if wanted
