Gary was great, patient and very knowledgeable. The friendly atmosphere

of tea and a chat sooner rather than later?
Thanks again guys for everything
Just thought I would send you, and all at Camrider a e-mail to thank you all for my brilliant motobike training at Harlow. The lads got me through every part of the training first time, which ended yesterday with Dave Wilkes taking me for my module 2 test which I passed without one minnor mark !!. My two sons will be doing a full DAS course in the new year & it goes without saying they will be going to see Dave and Seb atHarlow.
Many thanks again,
Hi this isn't an enquiry it is just a big THANK YOU to the CAMRIDER team in Ipswich who've helped me to pass my mod 1 & 2. Great team, extremely professional, fun to be with, an enjoyable experience from start to finish. I'd highly recommend them to anyone. Many thanks.
Thought it was about time I said a big thank you to all at Camrider Cambridge (especially David). I took a course spread over five days, got my CBT and passed modules one and two first time and with no faults as well. I was amazed at the standard of training which far exceeded previous training I have received. They taught not only what I needed for the tests but also what was important to me. All the trainers were so friendly and enthusiastic and the equipment was great too. Just under two weeks after passing I picked up my life's dream, a Harley Davidson Softail Heritage Classic. It has all far exceeded my expectations and I wish I had done it years ago. I'll ride by soon to say hello even though I may get ribbed for not getting a "real" bike. Off now to phone up the Met office and get them to organise some decent weather. Thanks again everyone.
Had my CBT today with you guys.
Would just like to say a big thank you for a great day. Especially to Martin who was a fantastic instructor. Thought he was a great guy who offered sound advise, instructions & helped me to remain calm when I was struggling!!
Thanks again & hopefully be back in the not so distant future for the full bike course!
My son has passed his CBT he did his training at your Harlow branch after failing with another company. I would just like to say how pleased we were with the training he received with your company. His instructor Dave Wilkes was excellent. We will be recommending your company
especially the Harlow branch. Thanks
Passed full test after 6 Session Direct Access course
Inspirational, fun and friendly. I enjoyed every second of my time training at CAMRider and found the staff, instructors and all of the facilities to be first class in every sense.
I’d never ridden a motorcycle before arriving at their site but found the considerate and patient training a huge relief. Within two hours I was riding confidently and really enjoying the whole process.
The instructors are just the warmest and most competent people you could care to meet and I have remained friends with the company since passing.
Just wanting to email back and say thanks to you all at Camrider but most importantly Gary Glailster in Bury St Edmunds for helping me pass my motorbike test
It was a pleasure to have someone teach me who knew so much and talked me through everything.
On practise of the module 1 his instruction and teaching method were second to none, and within an hour of my first lesson i was quite confident in all tasks needed to pass module 1.
During the few lesson we brushed up my skills on the mod 1 passed mod 1 and did several road ride where his communication was excellent he never stopped talking drumming in to you what needed to be done to pass the test, and if you were doing something wrong he would give structured critism, and constantly was saying well done when you were doing something right.
I want to thank Gary for all he has done his patience, his knowledge, and his teaching, i feel he's a great employee for your organisation and will be recommending him to anyone else which needs to do the motorbike test in this area.
He helped me pass first time and i won’t forget that
Please pass this on to Gary for me, and the boss so they understand how hard he works, and his professionalism to his work, BRILLIANT!!
I would like to take this opportunity to highlight to you the outstanding customer service that I have been offered from your employee, Lexi Gilbert.
I have considered doing my motorcycle licence for a few years now but have never had an opportunity nor did I have the knowledge of what was involved. Upon speaking with Lexi, she guided me through the process, advised me of a suitable course, and took the time to go through both of our calendars to arrange suitable dates for training. She also committed to a couple of follow-up actions which, I am also pleased to say, were completed in a very timely manner.
During my original conversation with Lexi, I was also advised that Camrider (Cambridge) are in the process of upgrading part / all of its fleet of motorcycles. I would like to enquire what plans you have for your old training motorcycles and if any of these would be made for sale? My final test is in the middle of March so I am probably not looking at doing anything until this time but thought that it may be worth the question now.
Thanks again, and I look forward to start training with you on the 29th Jan.
