Motorbikes have always been my passion & I ride a Yamaha 900 Tracer but also own a Honda 1100 Super Blackbird, which I like to take out for fun. I love riding, in all weather, with my partner Ray & we enjoy going to BSB (when work allows). I was a Paramedic in the USA where I rode my Honda VF700 Magna but never joined Sons of Anarchy.
I am not restoring any bikes but am trying to find the time, energy and resources to restore a 1999 MGF 1.8 VVC.

We believe that learner motorcyclists deserve the best possible environment to train in and that high-quality machinery and equipment are not just an advantage, but are essential.
In particular, we are the only local company to use the New Yamaha XJ600 motorcycles that are compliant with the European Third directive and also have our own manufactured rider protection bars. We also use new fuel injected Yamaha YBR125cc motorcycles and our mopeds are all-new Piaggio Zip 50cc with a unique rider protection system.
We are proud that we are the only regional company to utilise new machinery that has specifically designed rider safety equipment to help you through your test.

I recently undertook my CBT at Camrider Corby and the entire experience from start to finish was superb. As a person with Autism, my instructor was patient and reassuring, explaining and demonstrating clearly how to function the bike. Additionally, the 5 elements throughout the day gave me much time to take everything in and enjoy it. It was nice being able to sit down and learn the theoretical side of things as well as undergo the practical elements.
When out on the road, my instructor was in my ear, which offered great relief and he gave me the chance to lead on many occasions to build my confidence and develop some first-hand experience of on the road driving without his instruction.
Overall, I would thoroughly recommend attending Camrider Corby. The instructors are qualified, friendly and understanding, the site itself is professional enough to navigate around, and the entire experience was enjoyable as it is meant to be.

What an amazing team they have there. I travelled from Milton Keynes to Corby (too impatient to wait for a local slot) I don’t regret a single journey. The whole team were supportive, professional and great fun. From CBT through to MOD 2 passing. They were all brilliant. I can’t recommend highly enough. Well done guys.

I had my CBT yesterday at Corby and I was nervous but as soon as I got there the instructor put me at ease. I had an amazing day and loved it! Instructor was calm, helpful and a brilliant tutor. After the road ride I didn’t want to go back and wanted to carry on riding! Would recommend to everyone. Thanks!!

Such an amazing bunch of people, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience overall. I passed my Mods first time, but I could never have done that without the guidance I received.
Highly recommend Camrider Corby! Huge thanks to Mick, Graham and Rory for all the advice and tips!

From a complete beginner to passing CBT, MOD1 and MOD2 without any faults. My instructor Mick couldn’t have been any better. I couldn’t rate camrider any higher, they were fantastic.
